Yours Truly - Abby Jimenez

Abby Abby Abby!!! She’s quickly becoming one of my favourite authors. I was wary of being disappointed considering how many people raved about her books but this is the second one so far and we’re still going strong. 

One thing about Abby’s books; they’re absolute page turners. You can devour them in hours and forget about other activities. I would caution against reading the book at night if you have an early morning. You will not sleep. 

This is Briana’s and Jacob’s story. They’re both ER doctors and Jacob has recently started working in the hospital Briana’s at. They have a rocky start but it only goes uphill from there. Well, kind of. 

I got to understand about anxiety through Jacob so that’s always a plus. And the fact that Briana understood him so well made it so much better.

I found it so odd that all hospital staff didn’t welcome Jacob when he started working there, in fact, they were a bit mean. 

The miscommunication between Briana and Jacob was frustrating at times. Many misunderstandings could’ve been avoided. 

The letters to each other was a nice touch. 

Anyway, if you’re looking for an emotional, funny and informative book then this is for you.
